How we work

What Organisations and Universities Can Expect

Globalise Yourself partner with organisations and universities to develop globally capable talent—from initial scoping through to delivery and long-term impact.Every programme is designed and delivered by experienced practitioners, with a clear focus on measurable outcomes, real-world application, and lasting value.

01
Designed around your context

Every engagement starts with a conversation — your organisation, your team composition, your specific challenges. Programs are built from that brief, not before it. You won’t receive a proposal until we understand what success actually looks like for you.

02
Outcomes that matter

Our programmes are built to deliver outcomes you can see and report on. For organisations: improved collaboration, clearer communication, stronger global team performance. For universities: increased student confidence, employability, and readiness for international careers.

03
Experts with Real-World experience

Our team brings first-hand experience of working across cultures, industries, and global environments. Participants learn from professionals who have navigated real challenges—not just studied them—making every session practical, relevant, and immediately applicable.

04
Flexible delivery, any scale

In-person, hybrid, or fully virtual. Individual executive coaching or enterprise-wide rollout. Cohort-based programs or ongoing retainer arrangements. We adapt delivery to your team’s structure, geography, and budget — not the other way around.

05
Partnership, Not One-Off training

We work with organisations and universities as long-term partners, not one-off providers. As we understand your people, culture, and goals more deeply, each programme becomes more targeted and impactful—supporting sustained growth over time.

Rie Eichmann — intercultural trainer and global leadership coach, Brisbane

Rie Eichmann · Brisbane, Australia

About our Director

Rie Eichmann’s career has been shaped by one question:
What does it truly take to succeed across cultures?

Raised in Tokyo, she left Japan in her twenties and built her life and career across Taiwan, Thailand, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia—navigating different cultural expectations, communication styles, and ways of working in each environment.

These experiences weren’t theoretical. They were lived.
Adapting to new workplaces, building relationships across cultures, and learning how to communicate effectively in unfamiliar environments gave her a deep, practical understanding of the challenges individuals and organisations face when operating globally.

“Working across cultures isn’t just about understanding differences—it’s about knowing how to adapt, respond, and perform in real situations where it matters.”

Over time, Rie recognised a consistent gap.

Talented individuals struggling to communicate their ideas.
Global teams misaligned despite good intentions.
Organisations investing in international talent without fully supporting their success.

With over 15 years of international experience across industries including education, technology, hospitality, and professional services, Rie has worked with people from more than 60 nationalities, supporting global leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and international mobility.
Her work has also been recognised through Internatioal Conference on Education(ICEDU)’s Best Session Award, reflecting the practical, engaging, and high-impact nature of her training.

Her approach is practical, immersive, and grounded in real-world application.
